Hi, I’m Lindsey Holder.
I am a Licensed Master Integrative Esthetician, Certified Thermographer, and menopause skin specialist with more than 16 years of experience helping women understand what is actually happening to their skin during midlife.
Over the years, I began noticing the same moment happening again and again with my clients.
A woman would come in confused because the skincare routine that had worked for years suddenly stopped working. Products that once felt soothing now sting. Skin that used to feel balanced begins to look thinner, puffier, more reactive, or simply tired.
Nothing about her habits had changed. But her hormones had.
When estrogen begins to decline, the skin changes in very specific ways. Collagen production slows. The skin barrier becomes more fragile. Inflammation increases. Healing takes longer than it once did. Lymphatic circulation often becomes sluggish, and the skin becomes less resilient to overstimulation.
Yet most skincare advice was designed for younger skin that behaves very differently. Simply increasing stimulation or adding more products often creates more inflammation instead of better results.
After working with thousands of women navigating this transition, I realized something important. Most women do not need more products. They need a strategy designed specifically for hormonally shifting skin.
The work I teach focuses on recalibrating the skin rather than forcing it. Through barrier support, lymphatic stimulation, targeted collagen support, and hormone aware skincare strategies, women can help their skin function well again without relying on Botox or fillers.
This philosophy became the foundation for what I now call the Menopause Skin Recalibration Method™.
The Menopause Skin Recalibration Method™
The Menopause Skin Recalibration Method focuses on supporting how the skin behaves during midlife. The method centers on four key areas:
Barrier support To help the skin regain resilience and reduce sensitivity.
Lymphatic circulation To reduce puffiness, stagnation, and heaviness in the face.
Collagen support To strengthen skin structure in ways that respect slower healing cycles.
Hormone aware skincare To build routines that work with changing skin needs instead of against them.
Rather than overwhelming the skin with more products or harsher treatments, this method focuses on helping the skin function well again.
What I Believe
I do not believe women need to panic when their skin changes.
I do not believe menopausal skin should be treated like 25 year old skin.
I do not believe Botox and fillers are the only answer.
I believe women deserve clear education about what is happening to their skin.
I believe menopausal skin needs a more strategic, supportive, and intelligent approach.
And I believe women can absolutely support their skin naturally and still look healthy, vibrant, and well cared for in this stage of life.
My Professional Background
Licensed Master Integrative Esthetician Certified Thermographer Host of the Spa Skin and Beauty Podcast Specialist in menopause related skin changes
Throughout my career, I have worked closely with women navigating hormonal shifts and the skin changes that come with them. That experience has shaped the way I approach skincare today. My goal is to help women understand their skin again so they can support it with intention rather than confusion.
Before Working With Me
Many women arrive feeling frustrated by how suddenly their skin seems to change.
Their routine stopped working. Products that used to feel fine now sting or trigger redness. Their skin feels thinner, more reactive, less firm, or less predictable than it used to.
They may notice puffiness, sagging, hormonal breakouts, rosacea flare ups, or slower healing. Many have accumulated products, tried treatments, or followed advice that was never designed for menopausal skin. Often they have been told their skin is simply aging, yet they know something deeper is happening.
After Working With Me
Women leave with clarity.
They understand what is actually happening to their skin during menopause. They simplify their routine and begin supporting their skin barrier, collagen production, and lymphatic circulation in ways that work with their skin rather than against it.
Instead of chasing trends or constantly switching products, they follow a strategy designed for how their skin behaves now.
Most importantly, they feel more confident in their skin again. They stop second guessing every product. They stop feeling like they have to hide from bright daylight, photos, or close up conversations.
They know they are not trying to look 20. They simply want their skin to look healthy, calm, soft, and well supported again. That is the work I care most about.
