Menopause Skin Support – FAQ
01

What is Menopause Skin Support?

Menopause Skin Support is a $27 personalized skin consultation created by Lindsey Holder for women in perimenopause or menopause. You submit one specific skin concern at checkout and receive a personal Loom video response within 48 hours with Lindsey's clinical read on exactly what is happening with your skin and what to do about it.

02

How is this different from a generic skincare consultation?

Lindsey reviews your concern through a menopause-specific clinical lens, not a standard esthetics framework. She addresses how hormonal decline is affecting your skin specifically and gives you a clear direction based on where you are in your hormonal stage, not a generic product recommendation.

03

What do I get when I purchase?

You receive a personal Loom video recorded by Lindsey within 48 hours of your submission. She pulls up your intake form on screen and walks through your concern out loud, covering what is actually happening with your skin, what to stop doing immediately, what your skin needs right now, and a clear next step forward.

04

What kind of question should I submit?

The more specific the better. Lindsey can address concerns like sudden product reactivity, unexplained morning puffiness, crepey or thinning neck skin, loss of firmness around the jawline, or why your retinol and vitamin C routine stopped working. The more context you give about what you are using and what you are seeing, the more precise her answer will be.

05

Who is this for?

This is for women in their 40s, 50s, and early 60s who are in perimenopause or menopause and have noticed their skin shifting in ways they cannot explain or fix on their own. It is especially useful if your products are suddenly not working or actively irritating you, or if you are seeing new changes around your eyes, neck, or skin texture.

06

Is this a medical consultation?

No. Menopause Skin Support is an esthetics consultation focused on hormone-aware skincare strategy. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or prescription skincare treatment.

07

Why $27 and not a full appointment?

A dermatology appointment focused on hormonal skin changes can cost $250 to $400 and often does not address the hormonal context at all. This offers a focused, clinical, menopause-specific answer to your one most pressing skin concern at an accessible price point.

08

Can I ask about skincare devices or product layering?

Yes. Questions about microcurrent devices, red light panels, retinol timing, vitamin C stacking, and product layering are all within scope. Lindsey will tell you if your approach is working against your skin at this hormonal stage and what to adjust.
