Guests featured in the Spa Skin and Beauty Podcast articles permit Spa Skin and Beauty Podcast and its producers to use their voice and likeness in any and all forms of media, including but not limited to audio recordings, photographs, video, and written text, for the purpose of producing and promoting the media platforms.

Appearance on the podcast or in articles may be edited, copied, exhibited, published, or distributed, and guests waive the right to inspect or approve any finished product in which their voice or likeness appears.

The appearance of any guest on the podcast or in an article shall be at no cost to the guest and without compensation. Furthermore, guest appearances shall not infringe upon any rights of any third party.

Spa Skin and Beauty Podcast and its producers shall be released and discharged from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the use of a guest’s voice or likeness, including without limitation any claims for invasion of privacy, defamation, or infringement of intellectual property rights.

Guests also agree to be contacted by Spa Skin and Beauty Podcast and its producers via email, phone, or text message.

By completing a podcast booking, scheduling a photoshoot, or participating in an interview, guests agree to the terms set above. These terms shall be binding upon all featured guests, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.
