I come from a place where I’ve been a business owner for a long time and with my current business, it has been 11 years. I love to build and am building another dream business with my sister and wellness advocate, Ashley. 

However, Ash and I were feeling OVERWHELMED aka a Hot Mess running two business brands! We were working all day and into the evenings, began working on the weekends to catch up on work we missed, saying no to family time, and lastly, beginning to feel burnout. Neither of us was happy and our families were not either.

That’s when we STOPPED. We looked at what was working and what was not working. Then we made the changes we needed to, in order to get back on the path of working towards our goals and saying yes to family, and fun time.

We came up with several things to accomplish this. It does work! We have kept it up and are working smarter and happier. Imagine that? These have increased our productivity as well as reduced our stress load. We wanted to share these, knowing they will help you as well. Whether you are a solopreneur or entrepreneur – this works!
