I am excited to start sharing a series of short Pilate’s videos. Sometimes you don’t have time for a full DVD or even a class to do an entire lesson.  Through sharing a series of “mini” videos with you, you can get the basics in just a few of minutes in several series. Check out these 3 easy (well, not that Easy!) moves to introduce you to my favorite form of exercise-Pilates. After working out with Pilates, your body feels stretched, toned and defined.

These videos are great for those who are on the go. Use these videos at home, at work in your office or in your hotel room wherever you may be.  Wherever you are, just get moving!
