Peter Rabbit Baby Shower

July 15th, 2012 · 1 Comment · Uncategorized

In celebration of my nephew Reeves being born, I am sharing the Peter Rabbit baby shower I hosted for my sister.

Surprisingly, it was challenging  finding Peter Rabbit themed decor that matched what I was looking for, so created them myself. Here are a few ideas for your next Baby Shower party!

Peter Rabbit Place Holder

Peter Rabbit Place card

*Use brown card stock paper. Find an image you prefer &  print on size you desire

*Glitz up  your Peter Rabbit! I dabbed glue on the collar & cufflinks. Gently add Glitter of your choice to make him sparkle.

*Inscribe your partie’s name on the body of the place holder.

*Hole punch the top & add ribbon of your choice. Use leftover card stock to make the stands by cutting 2×2 inch square sections, fold in half & glue on the back of the placeholder.

Carrot M & M guest favors

Carrot party favor

*Buy carrot filled M & M bags {found these at Target}

*Purchase Martha Stewart Round tags & name the Event on the tag {I used a Gold thick pen from Michael’s craft store}

*Tie the top with ribbon of your choice

Peter Rabbit Vintage Book Decor for Present Table

Peter Rabbit book

*Use a Vintage book for special sentiment {this one was my sister’s as a baby}

*Tie on Raffia Carrots with Raffia Ribbon {found these at World Market during Easter}

*Distribute Grass around book & table {found at Party City}

Peter Rabbit Cake

*Print off a Peter Rabbit picture of your choice

*Take it to your bakery to hand draw onto cake, add carrots around for decor.

*Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese icing are a M U S T. Enjoy every sugary bite!
